Booth Space Fees:
$20 if received BEFORE November 6, 2009
$40 if received November 7-13, 2009

Space Fees are Non-Refundable and on a First-Come-First Serve Basis (no special requests)

You are invited to participate in historic downtown Chickamauga, Georgia’s annual “Christmas in the Streets” festival!

Please note the following guidelines and information for this year’s event.

Date: Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Activities: Food, Crafts, Parade, Kids’ Corner, Carol Singing

We welcome Artists, Crafters, Commercial, Non-Profit, Educational and Food Vendors. Food vendors will be grouped together. (This will allow food vendors the option to stay open past 4:00 PM.)

Booth size is 12 feet x 12 feet. All booths will be on pavement. Booths must be set up prior to 10:00 AM and remain open until 4:00 PM. Exhibitors must furnish their own tables, chairs, canopies, etc. (NO PEGS MAY BE USED IN THE SURFACE). Sandbags and other non-invasive means of support may be used. If you request electricity, you must provide all of your own drop cords, etc. Electricity will be available only if you request it in this application. Packing up and/or leaving early will not be allowed due to the various dangers that this presents to the crowd. No vehicles will be permitted in the exhibitors’ area. After set up, ALL vehicles must be moved to the designated Vendors parking area. Space heaters are not allowed unless you have your own power source.

Check In: All vendors must check in upon their arrivals. Volunteers will be available to direct vendors to their pre-determined location on Saturday morning from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM. Vendor Check-In and Volunteers will be located at the posted Information Tent located near the red light at the intersection of Gordon and Lee Streets.
